MY REVIEW – The Bible Cure for High Blood Pressure
This little book was helpful for my mother. Lately, she has had to deal with high blood pressure. It seems to be triggered by stress that is going on in her life (my father has developed Dementia in past couple years – (Check out oils that help with Dementia!).
Doctor Colbert breaks things down for you so you can understand why you’re dealing with this issue and how you can naturally bring it down.
The DASH diet (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) is helpful on seeing how sodium levels can affect your blood pressure. Bur the most helpful for my mother was the section on supplements.
My mom isn’t overweight and eats clean. So, she needed advice on what she could add to her diet that would help her deal with the sudden spikes in her blood pressure.
At the end of each chapter is a great way to track how you are doing. It will help you see your progress and track your blood pressure.
And the scriptures and prayers are very encouraging.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking to help lower blood pressure. It’s great since Dr. Colbert focuses on natural safe ways without medication!
