One of the things I am absolutely obsessed with right now is ginger dressings with a cabbage salad. I found this wonderful dressing at Costco. But by the time we finished Costco no longer carried it. So, I tried to make my own creation with a similar taste profile.
What I wasn’t expecting was that this salad dressing would blow the store bought one out of the water. It’s citrusy, slightly sweet, and has a nice ginger punch. It’s delicious!
It will make you want to eat the whole bowl of salad! Try it with spinach, or any other salad mix. You will love it and top it off it’s healthy. It’s a win-win in a bottle. YUM!
