I don’t like to admit it but I am a little bit of a foodie (not the snobby won’t eat it unless it’s pretty or made by a hipster type of foodie). I love good food and learning the art and science behind cooking.
It became a passion of mine in my late teens but it didn’t come easy. With food and cooking, there is a learning curve. You don’t roll out of bed and magically know how to make a perfect soufflé.
There is lots of tips, tricks and good old fashion wisdom that needs to take place in the kitchen.
So, I have gathered some of those culinary quotes and words of wisdom. In hopes, it will help you get closer to making that perfect soufflé.
Well, they probably won’t help you make a soufflé or be as cool as the Swedish chef on the muppets but it sure will make you look at food and cooking differently. Some will even put a smile on your face!
Some of these little golden nuggets pack a lot of info. Feel free to share them with friends or family, or those people who can’t cook, but are always inviting you over to dinner.
