Are you feeling stressed out at work? You’re not alone. Workplace stress is a common problem. But don’t worry, there are things you can do to help manage it. And one of the best things you can do is pray. Prayer can help you to stay centered and focused on God, even when things are tough. You can pull on His strength to help you through the day. God,I am so grateful for my work. These past days, it has not been easy for me trying to balance everything in the office. Everything in me: body, spirit and soul is struggling to keep up. Sometimes I feel like giving up because of the pressure that comes with this job.

I pray that You fill me afresh with the strength and will to handle all the responsibilities well. Grant me Your sufficient grace to carry me through this stressful period. Help me to hold on just a little longer. Let Your peace pour on me like a wet blanket.  Your favor upon me is opening up the right doors in Jesus Name, Amen.

Lord, I am so grateful for the blessing of a job. But despite having a full day to perform my tasks, I fear that I have not been able to plan my time well and deadlines are catching up with me. Heavenly Father, Your Word that says we shouldn’t be anxious for anything but with thanksgiving , we should let our requests be known to You. Lord help me to deal with this feeling of being overwhelmed.
