I remember in my discipleship class getting a few missionary books and one book being Chasing the Dragon. I had never heard of the book and I have never heard of Jackie Pullinger. But when I started reading I couldn’t put it down… her story of how God used her in Hong Kong blew me away.

So, I thought it would be fun to find some of Pullinger’s quotes and share them with you. There isn’t much out there since she tends to shy away from the media. But I have found 10 that power-packed!

A Short Jackie Pullinger Biography

As you know with all my quote posts…I like to share a short little bio. Here is a snippet from her ministry website St. Stephen’s Society.

Jackie Pullinger came from England to Hong Kong over 50 years ago. She started sharing the love of Jesus Christ with gangsters and the poor in the Kowloon Walled City. She began to see them set free from drug addiction and start new lives. Today, many of the people who met Jesus and came off drugs in Hong Kong have gone to other countries in Asia to share what Jesus has done.
